This is all strong advice. Deal with it head on. I can't tell you how often I'm approached by a business owner that needs financial assistance and the IRS has placed a lien killing that possibility.
We purchase accounts receivable (invoices) and advance cash today. If the lien is against all business assets (and it will be) we can't buy them. That would be like buying a car without receiving the title. Stay on your payroll taxes or better yet, if you can, hire a payroll service !!! Good luck !
