Not untill EVERYBODY stops working will your plans come to fruition...Untill then you are just wasting bandwidth...Don't forget there is a huge illegal population here in the states...and the taxpayers foot medical bills etc...Why don't you think the MSO's are not willing to pay more??? Because they can get all the cheap labor they need...Don't forget...Quality means NOTHING in todays world...
