DirectSatUSA Techs,
Is it just me or has anyone else been told they have lost boxes and will not be paid.
I have been installing DTV for years and never lost any eq. So you can imagine my surprise when I was told I have 21 missing receivers in a three month period.
If it is just me I have one remedy. If it is many techs with the same experience there is another. In either case I have a vision problem. I just can't see myself eating four thousand bucks without...............comment.
This is a new one for me. I am going to begin calling install customers to see how things are going.
Anyone been on hold to DirectSatUSA (DSI) for more than a half hour to confirm a closed job? Got yer confirmation numbers to go with the job numbers?
How much has this cost you?
