if you would really like to see the industry back where it once was then we all need to stop putting up with the bull s....from the so called higher ups with so much less experience .....i dont play the happy crap if my super cant show me respect then i will ask him if he would like to learn that lesson the old school way / little walk out back /that usually shuts them up pretty quick .......i am also sure to make it clear to them that i dont sit in a truck or on my ass everyday ......i am still a lineman and i still make your paycheck you dont make mine
