CAVO Communication

If anyone has worked for this comany, please let me know your professional thoughts. I am considering a move to the Chicago area. This is an employee-based operation doing work for Comcast, but I have my own van. They are offering 10% vehicle allowance on the gross, but I am not sure if that includes gas as well. I am a triple tech with 10 years' experiance, so considering this information what kind of pay should I expect? Any information would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.
