2.00 per address, i think before anyone can tell you if that is a ridiculous price you should let them know what all is expected for the money. ( ie. are you retagging, is a walkout of the plant expected, dressing up pole/ped/lock box, cutting new fittings, disconnecting and knocking, toneing lines which would include mdu unit access). Depending on the system, the price you are talking about for just active/ inactive verification sounds reasonable to me for a sub.
