I have stated before that to some, the reason why it looks up in some places is because it's been down for so dang long .05 looks good.

These MSO's know this. It's no big secret to them. In fact I would venture to say it's in the handbook.

Look guys, they know We have been backpedaling for soooooooo damn long, and any steps forward, no matter how small, are suppose to look grand to us.
It's being a victim of the tyrant. What else can it be? I mean, cable companies have been acquiring new subscribers every day. And yes there are some turnovers, but come on man.
I know some good primes who are feeling the hit as well. Guys who have been there ten years and then some. Only to get squeezed out by these fly by night, nonpaying, low balling, greedy primes. It's no wonder good experienced people are leaving our industry.
