For the most part the mastec in the Virginia area has been pretty good. I think It is like anything else you have to have the verizon compliance people sign off on your work done if it is extra. I did a bunch of work and had to fight like hell to get taken care of but persistence payed off.

It amazes me that they would argue with your bill if they go there and see the work is done and done well. What do they think.... the drill fairy showed up and put it in for free.

The real complaints on the Fttp are paint, and when you do get paint it is normally not very accurate. The SCC will make it a point to pass every contractor out there to make an example out of a sub on the FTTP project.
