Very well put Wolf. MSO's want more and more for nothing and if things go wrong its your fault( its called CYA with systems because there afraid to say "I made a mistake") I think all these Managers need to spend some time in the field with us to see what we go thru on a daily bases, and what they ask for is going beyond the scope of work. They need to walk a mile in our shoes.
