I see you are A manager Ron. Nothing personal as I do not know you but, Add up the total of what your employees made this week. Not the Company but the actual men doing the work. Then add up what they would have made say 1 year ago doing the same amount of work and that will justify the gripes today. Price of living goes up but pay rates go down and more work is "inclusive" in the job scope.
