I didn't see that before. If the prime is taking out taxes then you are an employee and he needs to pay GL and WC. Also the prime cannot make deductions from your paycheck other than taxes or something that benefits you such as health ins. 401k, etc. So that means no deductions for faulty work or damages, cause thats what his GL is for. Can't have your cake and eat it to primes.
