I am seeing a lot of posts about "employees" having workers comp and liability insurance deducted from their paychecks.
Is this really legal?
These are my largest operational expenses but I would never dream of deducting those costs from my employees.
What am I missing here???
Can some of you contractors shed some light for me???
I do not want to know HOW, because I have no intention of doing it, but am curious WHY, and if its really legal.
