You must do installs. Tc get a prime for construction in wisconsin you have to have the men, equipment, to do aerial u.g and splicing. Charter has starved out there primes on the west side of the state. Time warner has the east side and keeping most of the sub of a sub working .But its tax time and I know some wont make it.
