First off, Time Warner pays. It's the dirt bag sub your working for that doesn't. I have done work for all the major Cable & Telephone Companies and they all pay. The only time I have seen when they don't pay is when the work was done by incompetent twits or bankruptcy comes into the picture. Again, check the history and track record of whatever sub you're going to work for.
