Anyone have RCA TV Guide plus feature issues?

I've lost the guide features on rca tvs for some reason and was wondering where in the channel and how programmers insert this info? I haven't done anything in the plant that would block it,that I can think of. I'm not getting it on at least 2 known sets with no filters of no sort installed. One of them is ours at the office thats never had a problem and is only a year or so old. The other customer is livid over her loss even though we have preview guide in our line-up. She claims rca told her the cable company blocked it and to call the fcc! Anybody else experienced this? Thanks.
