CSSC : Cable System Survey Co Is not paying sub-contractors.

Since yesterday CSSC has decided to send out a memo dated a month ago that was not part of the original contract, it says if we don't come back to work we will lose all our invoice and retainage. Amazing how contracts can be changed by CSSC without a signature from the sub. They say they sent them to everyone but have no proof of this on file with our name on it. Well this is just a warning to all contractors, CSSC might change your contracts also if you go to work for them.
