I think we should always explore our own resource capabilities first. This way we know our own reliabilities and to what extent we can be self reliant if needed. I realy don't give a damn about some caribu licking the damn pipe line or tripping over it. As far as I'm concearned he's a steak walking around on borrowed time.
With no fuel, can we ride that caribu into battle?

I say drill. If the suadi's want to price fix in our favor, you gotta ask yourself 1 thing. WHY NOW?
I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw em. And I ain't that big, so it ain't that far.
