If your lucky to find an MSO who's payout is appropriate for the work requested, and a prime who cuts off a nice portion of that nut to those that take pride in their work product and assure that prime realizes a profit because the prime in turn realizes a well oiled machine is going to run a lot longer than one that is not maintained.
The 1st time an MSO cuts your price or adds more to the SOW for no additional compensation is almost nearly the harbinger of whats yet to come.
When the prime realizes less from the MSO and in turn has to pay the subs less the vicious circle begins and what you see in the posted pics becomes the work product of whoever or whatever is left behind after the techs that know their worth have moved on.
