Its more of a," You Get What You Pay For" Post in my opinion. Since these Pics were QC'd, Has anyone said that the person is No Longer working in cable? Or has got the needed training, or the incentive to get such training so as to keep his job? You will not SEE the good installers pics anywhere. You are only as good as your last install in the MSO's Eyes. The peoples that DO IT RIGHT are still doing so. And they are hoping that the MSO will recognize that fact and pay them what they are worth. Twice as much at least compared to who did the installs in the posted pics. Will we, they, get it though. Doubtfully. Why, because they are hiring trainee's to take the experienced guys place so they can have more monies for themselves and their stock holders.
