I have tried both ways, With 250 superduty, pulling 450 super.
Could not stop. My bucket is older, no air, but safer towing the
250, with a tow bar, Drop drive shaft, turn on ignition key,
disconnect battery cables. Towed this way from North Dakota to Texas. Been towing this way for years.
