Youre right, thats the way its. And thats why the people who work in this industry are in the situation they are in now. MSOs have the mentality that we need them WAY more than they need us.
You are 100% correct thats the way it is. But, MSOs ARE the client/customer. They come to primes and purchase the PRIMES/CONTRACTORS goods and services. Due to a combination of MSOs throwing their weight around and primes not having the backbone to say no, the client/customer dictates everything. Just as if they are the ones with the goods and services. The time must come where workers must start throwing their weight around.
