This is a good solution as well. Been a while since I worked on a system without STB's.
PB...what kind of multiplexing issues are you having?? Are you trying to add the local HD into an existing QAM channel, or something else?
I dont have a SEM in front of me, but I've worked with them quite a lot in the past. If you throw the issue out there, I'd help if I could.
