Need some help with prices

Have a question about construction prices.

Does anyone know what is a fair price for pulling coax into a duct path.

Coax is 750, and 500 pull line in place empty duct.

Also some 8 ct fiber half this pull is shareing a 4" duct with 2 750's but
the total run has pull line in place.

total footage for the everything is a little over 4000"

Got this work for my people as a side job so they could make a little
extra cash just want to have a fair price to give the customer.

Any help would be appreciated. Smart asses need not answer. Work is here in Japan so I'm not taking anything off your plate.
