Loyalty??? I have the same LOYALTY to a company as they do to me....NONE!!!!! I learned the HARD way YEARS ago that NO job is worth your ...LIFE...MARRIAGE.....SANITY... That is all the work places provide are JOBS NOT careers definitely not security. Not in todays age. I am on my 3rd job vocation. I was a mechanic and a cable\sat guy got burned by both fields. now I am a truck driver and in a few years more then likely something else.
This industry is like all the others and will ONLY get better when
1) money aka people demand and get it and 2) it benefits the stockholders as profits is all important today.
Funny how it is.... When I was comming of age a great career was tv\vcr repair. LOL kinda like building computers is now.
