No one is saying up and leave the industry bickle,
Up and leave that prime or contractor. Why stay and take the abuse. If you are sitting there in a bad marraige, How long will you take it before you file for a divorce? Staying in a bad marraige or relationship simply to be there is not an answer. nd if that is so, why not apply it to our work issues. If someone is treating you bad, Get away. would you tell your children to take bad treatment from some one? Of corse not. So why do we teach them that by the lack of actions we take at our work?
What messages do we inadvertantly send to a prime or contractor by allowing this?
