I agree to some extent, it has gotten better.
But, Think for a second how many steps backwards have been taken to get this far.
And by that I mean, If you stepp backwards for 3 hours and then a half step forward, doesn't that seem large? As a contractor, how much further ahead should you be now? And what was the cost of all of this.
We have brothers commiting suicide in motel rooms, Broken homes, GOOD hard working EXPERIENCED dawgs leaving a trade after years of devotion. Most of these guys have given more devotion to this trade than their own marraiges.
So how far have we come guys?
This is an all inclusive problem that affects ALL, primes and techs alike. It needs to have an ALL inclusive resolution.
