I work for the company, and what you said seems very abnormal. I can contact a high manager in that area, in regards to what happened. ACI does offer a new hire kit that costs $300.00 or more, they also charge back training for people who don't make it.

As far as pay rate is concerned every OBU runs on an incentive based, production driven hourly. If you made 11.50 flat thats probably your fault. Hour tacking is not needed, just roam the field and help others, thats a legitimate way to increase hours and company revenue.

I have been with ACI for 2 years, I won't say its the best place in the world, but I feel its a good company, and I don't see your post as being complete enough to let any reader know the real deal. Additionally anyone that knows me will surely agree I have gone rounds with ACI, and every time they have met me half way.

I struggle with your comment of "stolen" and would ask the powers that be modify that as its slander without knowing the facts.
