This is true.
But, not everyone wants a union. And basicly to alot of guys being in a union means marching to the drum of a dictator. And to be in a union that would mean being an employee. And if that means being an employee, why contract to begin with.
To most being a contractor is a way of life, a way of getting that slice of the good old american pie. It's like freedome. You just don't get it.
The pride that comes with it. Knowing YOU yourself did it. And that you don't owe some one else for it. Or that you have to pay a dues to do it.
It's a can do attitude not a well let's put it to vote.
Ridding the industry of greedy primes is an impossibility you know this. The answer to the problems are not total dictation by the MSO's Nor will it be a union.
I think the answer lies within the tech and what the tech is truely looking for. I am as sick of guys getting ripped of as the next. But, you have to ask yourself trey, how many of these claims are legit.
Too often do we see guys one side of the story. So where is the judge and jury in all that?
