Duck,
If you saw where the Governor's Mansion is in Tallahassee, you would know that a DC-8 would have wiped out an awful lot of other things in the area. Not enough lawn for a "runway". It never happened there. Now if it was the Governor at the times personal residence in some rural area of Florida...who knows ????
