Uh, yeah, Mexicans do work cheap, and Americans are not lazy. We just want more than $3 a day to pick lettuce.
We just had a poultry plant get raided over near here and they lost nearly all their workforce. In order to fill the void, the processor raised wages by $7/hr. They had a full workforce of Americans within a week. Americans will do the work, but we want living wages that don't require fifty of us living in the same house.
