I've considered splitting the Technical category into separate CATV and Dish sections, maybe Products too, but there's a lot of overlap in some areas so I'm not really sure it makes sense. Basically, everyone gets a signal from a satellite, processes it somehow, and delivers it to a customer. Everyone's job is different in some way and, for instance, a headend tech doesn't care much for install issues whether it's cable or satellite. So should there be separate categories for every different job? I'm ok with the way it is but if there's a consensus for something else we can do that.
