I am very sorry to hear your misfortune. That is the reason that I have left the business. During my second year in the business I was a QC and service tech. I saw a fifty year old man lose his 300k house move into a motel send his younger kids to live with his grown kids. He was promised the world in from the start but because everyone hated his weasel brother that worked with him they starved him to death. Another tech I know was starved because he wouldn't take the crappy work everyday anymore. His wife left him and he almost lost his house. I have seen the industry ruin alot of good techs. Please guys I don't care who you are learn other trades as well. The cable industry is the most inconsiderate there is. Protect yourselves with lawyers and mechanical liens. These people that don't pay you are not affected by your suffering until you bring it to them.
