You know, another thing that you might do once you get set up is see a lawyer and see if you can't sue this guy for your financial devastation suffered from his breach of the contract. An attorney can advise you of this situation. I'm thinking that a good lawyer might be able to ruin that prime and get you a great reward as well as helping fix this situation we are all facing.
Imagine if a prime gets sued and loses a lawsuit where a breach of contract caused financial harm. A few hundred thousand dollar judgment would send shivers down the spines of every prime out there that is considering paying outside of the contract specified terms. I would even go so far as to see if you can sue the MSO. A good lawyer might be able to hold the MSO accountable by not requiring the prime to show evidence that all subs were paid.
Find yourself a lawyer who has no sense of ethics. You need a pitbull.
