It's a sad day for all the contractors in the cable industry when you have to read a post like this, as it is happening all to often.
If the prime contractor has to wait on his money before paying his help, then he/she should become the sub contractor-not the prime.
You do your work, it has been QC-You should be paid, be it weekly-Bi or monthly. What ever the agreement was prior to arrival on site.
Only the MSO's can clean up the mess they have created by eliminating these kinds of prime contractors.
