Cable System Survey Co. Will not pay invoice or retainage

Just a warning to anyone considering doing work in the Gainsville, FL area!! Cable System Survey Co, who is doing work for Cox Comm., will not pay invoice or retainage for work that is correct and complete. They have pleaded with us to come back to the job (so we must be doing good work) and help them finish but since we got tired of all their lies and left they are now holding invoice and retainage. Just a warning for all you catv mappers and contractors.
