Headend Help

We have a satellite receiver(SA 9660) that is for the Portland Trail blazer games. Every once in a while when a game is to air on a certain date we have to change the transponder for that game. The game airs on our channel 20 (Information Channel) and we also have to change the channel on the switch to channel 2 (green Valley Group Switch).. so, Change the transponder to the satellite receiver and then change the channel number on the switch (grass valley group) every game. Then we have to go back to the headend and switch it all back after the game.. I know there is an easier way to do this...Any Ideas?
