If you have seen dial-up fast than: $49.95 Value Pak 515 kbps dwn/112 kbps up , $69.95 1.0 meg dwn/200 kbps up and $79.95 1.5 meg dwn/256 up ? I would be very shocked! I do not know ANYWHERE in the world that can do those speeds on dial-up........
