JG,
A "moot" question is on that is no longer worth answering and a
"mute "question is probably one that is not asked. Anyhow...........
I've been there with MASTEC as the sub of a sub. Cost me a less because very soon after finishing jobs I began demanding pay. When the nopaid jobs and backcharges hit I just stopped working.
I am having a similar problem with the next MSP. This time I am going to the DTV customers..........."Dear sir........DTV has not paid me for your installation and I have a workman's lien on my materials. I am here to remove my cable and lag bolts from your building..........." I'll let you know. I feel your pain.
At some point you would think DTV would get involved but thy don't. If you respond to the DTV TV adds and go to their web site and follow the prompts to a career with DTV you will get a call or e-mail from MASTEC.
Joe
