I'm not sure where you are located, but for the most part, if you're a small company, your chances of getting a prime contract are slim. The MSOs want to deal with one company (or not too many more than that). You'll have to join the ranks of us "subs", but usually you can count on getting paid on time (if you work for a legit prime) and not having to deal with once-a-blue-moon payments from the MSOs. Other than that, get on the phone and call everyone you've ever met in the industry for the past 10 years - one of those old hacks had to have been promoted in-house by now.... good luck!
