Well gwester, that is hard to believe but I guess folks will sue over anything these days.
My point is that CC is promoting customers to treat the installers as dogs. I am only voicing my issue with this type of ad. It is counter productive in helping promote a healthy relationship between the customer and installer.
Then again, maybe CC is training their 'dogs' as dogs and giving them treats when they do good. Also, maybe the customer will think "I maybe ovepaying for the installation, but at least I can kick the dog when he comes out to install it".
Bad move CC!!!
