From what I hear, they took all there in-house ans subs and formed a new company.
I used to do installs for them, but got tired of them selling the customer alot of crape that wasn'y really needed and over priced. Then they wanted me to install it all weather it was needed or not. I did the install and would tell the customer to take the crape back.
Same company, Same sh*t, New name....
