We also need to start saying no to BS chargebacks imposed upon our primes for stuff like customer buyinig a new HDTV weeks after an install and getting whacked for not showing the customer how to work a piece of equipment that wasn't there at the install, or bad plant where the line techs haven't a clue as to how to balance it so the levels might possibly stay somewhat in the same ballpark as they were when the emta was installed ( and struggled to get the TX to 50 db's as the TX at the tap was 49db) and not up 5-10 db's six weeks later and the equipment kicks off and your "the last man out". Or maybe the sub puts there own router between the emta and their POS win 98fe PC with no anti-virus and calls to complain a month later because he can't get online.
