Some people have complained about being unable to use the Bar chat. It's a Java applet and depends on your browser's ability to run it. The Bar chat works on its own IRC server, though, so any client can be used by pointing it to irc.cabl.com and channel #cabl. One popular IRC client is MIRC -- http://www.mirc.com
