The PROBLEM with the "industry will pay you what your worth later" usually gets it in the end. Look at many industries from the aircract controllers and mechanics to auto mechanics and now
computer\telecommunication techs the same thing happens.
People get out of it perminently and then "LATER" they are hurting for QUALIFIED people and instead the "HACKS" appear
and the services goes down the toilet. I blame the bean counters\stockholders who look for the fast\quick buck.
