Does anyone know how AC assigns their jobs and how they set their pay scales for their subs? Ive been working through a sub for them for 2 years for peanuts just to be near home. All I hear from my sub is we are expecting a raise in rate and work. The work is getting much slacker and when I ask about the raise all I get is a line of BS. I was just wondering if I was the only one gettin SCREWED or if my sub is being up front with me. Appreciate any insite in advance.
