I have heard that DTV is putting a system in place that will allow you to activate and close work orders directly through their system. You have to have a Verizon Blackberry or the like. You enter the system it pulls up an electronic w/o with programming preselected. Once you enter all your rec info you are prompted to activate then close your w/o. No more 30 minute waits to close jobs or activate.
Too little, too late-I will never do fulfillment work again.
