They will also assigne a job to a sub that there tech NLOS and the cust wants a second opinon. How about the hard jobs that there techs blow off. Here is a good one the long trenches and the pole mounts that there techs do not want to do and tell the cust that they don't have a pole on there truck. One final, there techs promise all the free phone lines and mirrors only to have the wo assigned to a sub that tells them all that is not free.
