Re: border agents going to jail

The National Guard also had an issue with illegals last week, on the AZ border, I believe it was....because they are there just to "monitor" (what the hell is the point in that?), when the armed illegal drug smugglers came over the border, they had to RETREAT. Now that is sending a great message, isn't it? In my estimation, if you are GUARDING the border against illegals, you SHOOT TO KILL. No mistake about it, legal citizens are becoming the minority in this country. Where the hell is the ACLU for the LEGAL citizens, who are SUPPOSED to have rights?
