I would recommend the http://scte.org once you are a member you can get on the member site and buy Training manuals for all levels of the industry. If your employees become members they can go to SCTE events and take certification testing and become industry certified and it is recognized by most MSO's. The certification is also a good selling point with the MSO's because they consider your employees to be as qualified as there are as they have the same certification and training.
