I have to agree, find a guy w/ 20 years experience and a little training backround. Give him a good salery and enough time to teach your work force and in the long run you will keep your contracts and make have a better bottom line. Or give 10 guys a 7/16" wrench and a stack of work orders and let em have at it. See wich way works the best and let us know. Good luck.
